I got lucky and had a friend order a dozen cards.  I have been making these and here is one of them. I used Birthday Bash cart and some wonderful citrus colors. This is a super cute card and would be wonderful to give to a child or adult. Thanks for stopping by.  Today I am making a card for my best friend on her birthday.  I used a new spellbinder die and some black embossing powder on a stamp I have had for a few years, to get just the right affect.  Some sparkle ribbon and a few prima flowers made it special, just as she is.  Today I am making a card for my niece, she is getting married this summer.  I used the Happily Ever After cart with a little piece of shear ribbon for her veil and some shimmer paper for her dress.  I cut out the center of the front face with a spellbinder die and then added some hand rolled flowers. The flowers are cut from the Flower Shoppe cart. I think it turned out very nice. Thanks for stopping by. Well I can tell that summer is upon us, Hot and dry Texas.  I have been very busy with swimming and a garden.  But I try and make time to spend in my craft room.  Today I made a beautiful card with a new sizzix flower die.  I start with white paper and then spritz, ink and curled the edges and finished it off with a crystal brad and a little heat embossing… Walla.  Hope you are having a wonderful Wednesday, don’t forget to go to Church this evening. Today I am working no some paper flowers; I have been looking at a lot of how to videos lately to see who has the best technique.   I used an old mouse pad and my MS rolling tools.   I rolled the edges under and them the center to make it stand up. This flower is from Flower Shoppe the heart one. I used 2 at 1.5 in 1 of each of 1.25, 1, and .5. It could use another one at .75 but I think this one looks good. I inked all the edges, put a pearl in the center and added some Sizix Branch w/leaves, I have had this die for years and it always come in handy. Happy, Happy Thursday everyone hope you have a great weekend planed.   Long time no post.   I have been very busy with spring planting, and getting the outside of the house ready.   We love the wet weather we are having in North Texas, thank God, it was so dry here last year.   I hope to see some of my grand children play ball on Saturday, maybe I won’t have to take a blanket like last week. I wanted to use some new white prima flowers I got at M. I sprayed them with some mist I made.   It is very simple to make with just water ink drops and perfect pearls powder, I used SU ink. Mix all into a mini mister and tadda you have mist.   Be sure to put in a box or trash can to mist as it goes everywhere, let air dry or use a heat gun or dryer.  Hope you have a wonderful weekend. Happy, Happy Friday everyone hope you have a great weekend planed.   I hope to see some of my grand children play ball on Saturday.   I pulled out the ornamental Iron2 and flower shoppe cartridges today to make this card.   I also used SU paper, glossy accents and a little glitter. I went to JA Tuesday, they have some great savings on their craft items that are mostly 50% off, I really stocked up on adhesive.   I have tried a lot of different adhesives to close and put these rolled flowers on a card, a lot of them don’t hold very long, the flowers are just too heavy.   I have found that hot glue is the most reliable way to make it stay where you put it.    Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
