Today I am working on my card for fall. I love this time of year, just like spring. Although it has very hot here for this time of year. I like this SU stamp set, full of blessings. I used a maple leaf design from the silhouette store, sorry I could not find the item number. I put a 4 x 5.25 card front on my mat and then subtracted the cut. I took the leaf cut and stamped my image and them popped it up with some mounting tape. The sentiment is also SU, hand-penned holidays. Of course I inked all the edges and added some imaginisce heat dots. Hope you enjoyed this card and come again soon to see what I am working on. Here is a different version of this card made into a shaker. Today I am working on my card fronts for the Stampin Up show that is coming up in Dallas.   I am very excited as this will be my first time to go.   My friend and demonstrator ask me to go with her, too cool.   Then she told me that everyone trades card fronts, I didn’t know that.   She said I should make about 100…..wow.   I have been trying to make about 4 of the same design and only use Stampin up paper and stamps, this is somewhat hard as my Cricuts are a big part of my card making. Thanks for stopping by.

Today I have been working on a card for the challenge at Die cut Diva and Paper playtime.      I used SU paper for the card base, old olive and even an SU stamp, Loads of Love.   The other paper is from my stash.   I used Prismacolor markers for my truck; however, I used a black pencil on the tires to bring out the textured paper in the tires.   Hope you like this, have a great evening.

After weeks of working on the new house I got around to making a few cards today. Marks Birthday is in a few weeks and I needed to make time to get that done. I used a wooden stamp that I have had for a few years, got it at HL, and just love. It makes a nice manly card. The second card is using SU stamps, some spare parts corners and a little bling butterfly.  I colored the flowers using pencils. I like the way you can blend the color, makeing it darker or lighter with just going over the same area a little more. It makes for a softer color, rather than using markers, although I have a lot of Prismacolor and Bic pens as well. I really like the way these turned out.  Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend.
