Today I have been working on a cute spring card.  My daughter just graduated from nursing school and passed her final test. I am so proud of her and she already has a job, although she has already decided that she doesn't like working every weekend.  I told her "welcome to the working class".  She has been in school for so long that she has not had to work at a 12 hour job.  Although she has had to study and work hard at passing all the test. I used SU paper, the Imagine cart Lori's Garden, and a few Recollections flowers.

    Beautiful card! I love the roses and the lace and who can resist the images from Lori's Garden?!! Congrats to your daughter for passing her exams and now having a job! I tell my boys the same thing all the time, "welcome to the real world". lol Thanks for joining us at BBTB2 ;-)

I found this cute digital image in my library, I don’t know where it came from. But it is so cute and just made me think of Halloween and fall.  I had these cute leaves in a draw loose, and thought they added a nice touch to the card. I used Prismacolor markers and gelly roll pens for coloring the image.  I love the cooler days and this morning I was able to enjoy my coffee on the porch, God knows we need this rain. I checked the gage this afternoon and we got .70 here in north Texas.  Thanks for stopping by.  Sorry the photo is a little crooked.  Hope you like this and come again soon to see what I am working on. I can’t believe it will be Valentine ’s Day next week. I have a few anniversaries this month also to make cards for.  I used my Cricut to make this wonderful bear from the Teddy Bear Parade cartridge. I embossed the hearts and designed the card from the MOJO sketch.   This turned out so cute.
