I cannot believe it has been 3 years since I started this blog. I don’t get a chance to post something every day, but I do love putting my creations out there for all to see. Thanks to all who stop by and leave a comment.  It is so nice to hear from you and see what you have posted. Today I am working on an Easter card for the grand-kids. I used Teddy Bear Parade to get this super cute Bunny-Bear, that I put on a action wobble. I used pastel colors on the background and die cut paper.  I added some faux stitching at the top and bottom and a couple of die cut eggs. This turned out super cute and I just love this bear. This is such a super cute digi design from Wee Stamps by Sylvia Zet. This stamp is called Rosetta.  I used color pencils to color the design and then added some gelly roll pen accents on the wings. I added some cute bling flowers to the prima one and then found a butterfly sticker. For the background I used a spellbinder die and cut it in foil.  I made this into an easel card and used another spellbinder die for the sentiment. Today I am working on coloring some new digi stamps I purchased from Wee Stamps, by Sylvia Zet.  These are super cute stamps and were easy to download and print.  I used a combination coloring pencils, Primacolor markers and glitter gel pens…I then added a spellbinder die,some flowers and crystals to make it pop. I am so bummed today…..My new laptop crashed last week and Best Buy has had it for too long. I have gotten most of my files back; but, some of them I can’t remember where I got them.   I only had it for 3 months and didn’t think about backing it up in that short of time. I have definitely learned my lesson.     If you know where this design came from please let me know. I have a plastic box that I put all my paper cut offs in. It is so hard to use them up. I came up with this design to use a little strip with a side punch, and a little ribbon. I used a spellbinder die to put the print in a frame. Today I am working on a super cute snowman card. I found this cute digital image in my library, I don’t know where it came from. But it is so cute and just made me think of Halloween and fall.  I had these cute leaves in a draw loose, and thought they added a nice touch to the card. I used Prismacolor markers and gelly roll pens for coloring the image.  I love the cooler days and this morning I was able to enjoy my coffee on the porch, God knows we need this rain. Today I am down in my back so I chose a quick and easy fall card. I got this cute digital print from Meljens design blog (her site is the first one listed below) and colored it with promarkers then used glitter gel pens for the leaves, super cute.   I used a spellbinder shape cut for the background and then attached some lovely leaf ribbon. Today I have been working on a beautiful Christmas card. I purchased this digital stamp from Tiddly Inks several years ago. The great thing about digital is that you can make them any size you need, and it will never tear or not ink up right even after years of use, and storage is never a problem.   I colored the dress red with promarkers and then added flocking powder to all the areas that I thought looked like fur, Very nice.   I then used a spellbinder die to cut it out.  Today I am making a card for my best friend on her birthday.  I used a new spellbinder die and some black embossing powder on a stamp I have had for a few years, to get just the right affect.  Some sparkle ribbon and a few prima flowers made it special, just as she is. My daughter only has one more semester of nursing school and she wanted me to make a card to give her instructor.   She will take her last class this fall, wished they offered it in the summer so she could get finished, so does she.     I found this cute image at http://www.pinkcatstudio.com/ .   I have been looking for something and just happened upon this one. Blue is the color of her college uniform so I tried to match it as close as possible.   I added a few flowers from the flower shoppe cartridge and a sentiment from TBBM2.   I used a spellbinder to cut out the digi print.   I like the way it turned out and I hope my daughter does also. My mom finally felt better today so we went out to eat and to WM.   We didn’t stay long but at least she got out for a while.   I made a cute card today for several challenges.   This is a digi design that I got through free digital designs blog.   This is an awesome site, you can get lots of great designs (see side board for link).   B lack is the main pattern for this card with the pins and ribbon, but I used white pearls. I have not been feeling well this weekend, but today I am somewhat better.   This ever changing weather on north Texas is getting a lot of people sick.   My mom has had a cough for almost a month now.   I did squeeze in a little time in my craft room this afternoon and made this card.   I purchased this digi print online somewhere; I have had it a few years and don’t remember where I got it.   The flowers are Recollections, the paper is DCWV and a spellbinder die for the cut.   I used the sketch from simon says and the color challenge from cardz TV.   Thanks for stopping by hope you have a great remainder of a weekend.
