Today I am working no some paper flowers; I have been looking at a lot of how to videos lately to see who has the best technique. I used an old mouse pad and my MS rolling tools. I rolled the edges under and them the center to make it stand up. This flower is from Flower Shoppe the heart one. I used 2 at 1.5 in 1 of each of 1.25, 1, and .5. It could use another one at .75 but I think this one looks good. I inked all the edges, put a pearl in the center and added some Sizix Branch w/leaves, I have had this die for years and it always come in handy. The center doily is from SU, as is the background paper.
Hope you have a wonderful Tuesday. Thanks for stopping by.

ReplyDeleteI wanted to thank you for the beautiful card that you made and sent to Operation: Write Home. It arrived in a box to my ship deployed in the Indian Ocean yesterday. It is so pretty that I grabbed it immediately. I am sending it home to my 10 year old daughter! Thank you for your kindness.
A grateful Sailor on the USS GONZALEZ (DDG-66)
You are very welcome, God bless, be safe.
