Today I am recycling a used coffee can to put my color pencils in.  I put an old mouse pad in the bottom so the points will not get broken on the metal bottom of the can.  This makes it much easier to find the color I am looking for.  I decorated it with flowers from walk in my garden cartridge and a butterfly from home accent.  Hope you have a great Wednesday.  Come back often and see what else I have made.

    Lovely can and it is perfect for your pencils. Love the paper and I love the idea of putting the old mouse pad at the bottom of the can, that's double Upcycling! Thanks for joining us on our Crawl at FCCB.

Today, as is most days, I am working on cards.  I just sent off a batch to OWH and I need to get my stack ready to send out again. Next week will be spring break and I thought I would do a spring like card. I just love the Teddy bear parade cartridge and this little bear for St Patrick's day. I used some stickles on his pot of gold and hat band and lots of green paper.  Hope you like this and will come again soon. I found this cute digital image in my library, I don’t know where it came from. But it is so cute and just made me think of Halloween and fall.  I had these cute leaves in a draw loose, and thought they added a nice touch to the card. I used Prismacolor markers and gelly roll pens for coloring the image.  I love the cooler days and this morning I was able to enjoy my coffee on the porch, God knows we need this rain. This is such a super cute digi design from Wee Stamps by Sylvia Zet. This stamp is called Rosetta.  I used color pencils to color the design and then added some gelly roll pen accents on the wings. I added some cute bling flowers to the prima one and then found a butterfly sticker. For the background I used a spellbinder die and cut it in foil.  I made this into an easel card and used another spellbinder die for the sentiment.
